Blend of three plots: "Les Longues Pièces" in Couchey, "Aux Azellerois" in Fixin, and "En Cornuet" in Brochon, on the edge of the Gevrey-Chambertin "En Billard" terroir.​

​Guyot pruning, mechanical tillage, and 100% organic fertilizer. We use biocontrol products and maximize manual work: shoot thinning, canopy management, leaf removal, and green harvesting. Soil management is balanced, with prophylactic treatments to reduce sulfur and copper applications.

Hand-picked in 20 kg crates with sorting in the vineyard.

Brilliant garnet wine with notes of peony, gariguette strawberry, and kirsch cherry. The slightly peppery tannins soften into the sweetness of blackcurrant and raspberry.

100% destemmed fermentation, indigenous yeasts, gentle extraction, and aging to preserve freshness and fruit expression.
